If you are a community member wishing to hold/host an event to help raise money for the IRSCDEI, please complete the Event Proposal Form, bring it to the next board meeting and present it during the open forum portion of the meeting. Please reach out to board@irscdei.org for our meeting date and time or speak directly with the president of the organization.
*It is highly recommended that you discuss your proposed event date with the monarchs to ensure it will not be during a date/time that is already booked.
