Please complete the Council application after you have become an active member of our organization. Council members are limited to successfully completed, non-reigning monarchs and ICPRs in good standing that meet all qualifications as stated in our governing documents. Additionally, as proclaimed by Empress 5, Ida Slapther-Jewel, Monarchs that have successfully completed their reign from another realm, after one year of residency in our realm, shall be eligible to be a member of the Council of Monarchs.

To join the Council of Monarchs, a $20 non-refundable Application fee is required, which will go towards the Regalia Fund. Once you submit this application you will be directed to the payment process. *

By signing this application, you acknowledge and agree to the Bylaws and Policies & Procedures of the IRSCDEI as well as the Chronicles of History and Tradtions and the Operating Procedures of the Council of Monarchs.
