Citizens for Life
As a gesture of goodwill, friendship, love and support, the reigning Monarchs of the IRSCDE, Inc. may, if they so choose, bequeath the title of “Citizens for Life” to out of towner’s (Persons not residing in Lincoln, Nye or Clark Counties). Each Monarch may give out, up to three (3) of these titles prior to the end of their reign. This title grants that person the status of Honorary Membership
