Let it be known that from this day forward I, Michelle Holliday, proclaim that the Imperial
Sovereign Court of the Desert Empire Inc. shall retire the gold crowns used as the official crown
for our empire. From this day forward no reigning empress shall wear a gold crown, and no

Let it be known from this day forward, because it pleases me to do so, I hereby proclaim the
following:
To promote the image and individuality of the Imperial Royal Sovereign Court of the Desert
Empire, Inc., I proclaim the creation of a “Desert Empire” medallion to replace the current
generic medallions. Beginning with Reign 18, the new 3 ½-inch “Desert Empire” medallion
shall be worn by the reigning Emperor and Empress and be included as a part of the standard regalia for reigning monarchs. Imperial Crown Prince and Princess Royales, and all other title
holders as determined by the reigning Emperor and Empress, will wear a smaller 2 ½-inch version of the “Desert Empire” medallion.
Furthermore, from this day forward, the image on the “Desert Empire” medallion shall replace the
organization’s current logo on the use of all official documents and advertising.

Submitted by my hand on this day, the 3rd of December 2016. The “never met a man I
