Entertainer of the Year
Entertainer of the Year for the IRSCDEI was originally began by ICPR IX, L.A. Jewel to recognize our non-lifetime title-holder members that get up and perform for our community. In 2024, after several years without this amazing event, Exalted Emperor 24, DWonno Catch brought it back in an updated format as a Council sponsored event to help us raise money for our Regalia while recognizing the amazing individuals who provide so much support to those wearing the regalia.
